'Museum of Scotland'
If you are considering visiting the new £50m 'Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh - be sure to visit Andrew's exhibits!! - One of the new Galleries is dedicated to objects suggested by Celebrities and the general public that in their view have made the most difference to their lives. ("20th Century Gallery").
From the thousands of ideas suggested, Andrew has not just one but two of the 350 objects selected for inclusion!! - His suggestions were 'The Video Cassette' ("shifting time for TV and watching movies at home etc") and ' The Spreadsheet' ("that had so revolutionised and eased many of my work operations").
As a result he is 'rubbing shoulders' with fellow exhibitors like Sean Connery ('milk bottle') and Tony Blair ('guitar'), and attended the opening reception.
(Its well worth a visit for other reasons too e.g. objects throughout history telling of Scotland's past as well as being a stunning Architectural 'masterpiece'!)
