The detail

McLeman QS Network and Zoom Web Designs is a trading style of McLeman QS Network Ltd. who are registered under the Data Protection Act. You can contact us gdpr@mcleman.net with any questions. We collect and securely store the customer information you provide only as required to undertake your QS, CDM or Web Design projects.

How we collect data

We collect and process data on the basis of legitimate need. This will be whenever you enter into a project with us.

How we keep your data secure

As appropriate we use comprehensive modern technology and processes to ensure the security of all data held, including but not limited to: firewalls; encryption, anonymisation, password management and regular software updates. We perform a regular review to make sure our security measures match the level of sensitivity of the data held. We only retain data for the length of time it is required as detailed in the section above.

We at MQSN are committed to respecting your privacy and recognise your  need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number). That is why MQSN has established this privacy policy, so that you can understand the care with which we intend to treat your information.
